As a board-certified psychiatrist and a member of the World Professional Organization for Transgender Health (WPATH), I meet the requirements to conduct the evaluation for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Gender Dysphoria Mental Health Status Report. 

I understand that receiving a request for this evaluation can feel overwhelming, especially when your career is at stake. If you have been asked by the FAA for such a report, my goal is to accurately represent your situation while approaching your case with the sensitivity it deserves. 

I will conduct a comprehensive evaluation including your gender identity, mental and physical health history, and various aspects of your background and life experiences. As part of my evaluation, I may need to contact your other care providers or review your medical records. I will then complete the form and summarize the findings of my evaluation in an accompanying letter, ensuring you have clear documentation for this process.
